Purchase Order Print Payment System Available
Departments may now reimburse Students and Faculty for print charges in advance through the new P.O. process recently inaugurated by the Help Desk. Print jobs may now be "paid in advance" through a purchase order rather than have the individuals pay for printing personally and then be reimbursed by the department. Click here for more details!
Poster and Photo Printing
up to 36" wide and lengths up to 15' on high quality media is now available to students, faculty, and staff through the Application Support Center. If you are looking for an alternative to the standard paper available in the regular computer labs, consider the high gloss and matte polypropylene banner material now available in the Hub, Room 224! Come in and see the difference quality media can make in your poster.

The UF Computing Help Desk Application Support Center is a service of Academic Technology. Our strategy is to provide help desk support for University of Florida faculty, staff and students in the core desktop applications necessary for them to function effectively. This means one point of contact for desktop application support, use of WebCT features, as well as our usual Electronic Thesis and Dissertation technical assistance.
The Desktop Application Support Center (The Hub, Rm 224) provides workspace and technical support and printing services to ALL students for the core desktop applications (MS Office, Adobe products, Macromedia Studio)
To accomplish this goal, we will provide informational seminars, formatting templates, online tutorials and one-on-one consultation (by appointment and walk-in as available).
If there is an application you need to use that is not listed here please let us know by sending us an e-mail with the application name and a brief description of the assistance you require. We will make every effor to locate the resources necessary for you to learn the skills you need to accomplish your goal.
